Bo Xilai Through the Eyes of the Chongqing People

I am traveling now and will be for nearly the entire month. But let me direct you to a brilliant post by one of my favorite bloggers about a topic all of us are interested in. Xujun, who’s from Chongqing, puts into perspective a complex story in a truly must-read post.

Latest news is that he is going to a hospital after a deal was arranged. He said the US had deserted him. Smart diplomacy indeed. Just not enough vote potential in Chinese dissidents I guess.

I who post infrequently as ‘jim’ did not post the above comment. Seems this Jim is rather off-topic.

Chongqing post was well-written and thoughtful. Enjoyed it.

Apologies to Jim as I also post infrequently as “Jim”. I will use different name to avoid confusion.

I mistakenly posted to wrong thread comment.

No problem. Have seen a bit of impersonation on PD previously, so wanted to say something before it got weird. Sorry for exercising a jim-opoly.
