Karl Rove’s water boy Bob Novak loses it, gets thrown off CNN

A really strange story. Over a really trivial detail, Novak took deep offense, uttered a profanity and stormed off the set of CNN’s Crossfire today. I was watching the beginning of the show and noticed how drawn and sickly he looked. I’m really sorry I turned off the TV right before he made his dramatic exit. Something’s going on here, and I’m sure the blogs will be going crazy with speculation over the next few days.

If Renfield (um, I mean Novak) looked drawn and sickly, it’s probably just because he didn’t get his ration of spiders that day.
“The Master, the Master makes me do it!” (Renfield bangs his head against the prison wall, like Novak will…)

I went to high school with that guy’s daughter. She was pretty hot.
Unfortunately I missed Crossfire too, because my crappy 100 dollar pirated sattelite hasn’t been working these last few days…
I just gotta say, I love James Carville. He knows how to throw some serious punches

The funny thing is, Carville really didn’t say anything much. Novak just freaked. I’ve heard speculation that he was a little drunk or something, which would fit.

Drunk is the only way I could put up with Carville.

I couldn’t put up with ol’ Serpent Head insulting me either. I would probably have gone Dick Cheney on the guy. But then again, that is why I don’t get paid the big bucks to appear on national television.

I still don’t see how in the heck Mary married that guy!

Gerald, your comment isn’t based on the facts. If you saw the video, you’d see Carville didn’t bait him, it was their typical innocuous banter. It was the other guy, Ed Somebody, he was upset with.
