Rachel, I read it and I think it’s wonderful. Slowly but surely the Chinese are undergoing a liberalization, at least when it comes to social issues. Now, if only there were parallel advancements when it comes to political issues, then I’d be infintely more optimistic about China.

I just finished marking a pile of essays written (mostly) by asian overseas students, and I can say that I think there’s a chance this was written from a graduate of my (Australian) university. sigh. Then there were the 17 who got 0 marks because I found the entire contents of their essays using google. sigh again.
