I used to think that after years of watching Japanese horror movies and using Chinese squat toilets, I was prepared for anything, no matter how horrific. Then I saw this in a children’s playground near my office:

That monstrosity can’t be real. I mean, no one would actually put that in a children’s playground, would they? I have a suspicion as to who designed it.

Richard — no, f’reals! Children’s playground, right in the complex where I work. It reminds me of the scary Mayor McCheese things that McDonald’s used to have, except even those — which creeped me out plenty when I was a weeun - were not this malevolent-looking.
Anyway, more substantial posts in the future. Just couldn’t resist this one.
